Dear friends, partners and volunteers.

For a couple of weeks now, the whole organizing team of the Luchon Aneto Trail Pyrénées

has been at the task.

As the government made announcements regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, we remained positive

and tried to find various plans in order to provide you a “LAT” that meets your expectations.

Following the presidential speech on April 13, the hammer dropped.

Despite all our will, we are forced to resign ourselves and cancel the LAT

which was to take place on July 3, 4 and 5, 2020 in Luchon.

Why a cancellation and not a postponement will you tell us?

Simply because, you know like us, the trail running calendar is already overloaded,

and we didn’t want to compete with other events already in place respecting all they work involved.

We are all extremely disappointed, as we definitely know you trail runners are,

but also volunteers and partners.

But we must be reasonable in front of this exceptional crisis that we are experiencing.

Let's put things into perspective anyway, especially in relation to those who are sick,

on the first or second line, and those who quite simply, allow us to live this period at best.

Our event is obviously in the background.

We have decided to give you two solutions:

1 - We offer an automatic postponement of your registration for the LAT 2021.

If you choose this option, you don't have to do anything, it will be done automatically.

2 - An 80% reimbursement solution.

The reimbursement request must be done before May 31, 2020.

Like a tough trail runner, each of us will have to find the strength to overcome this ordeal

and bring together all the values brought by our favorite sport

and then cross the line all together hand in hand.

We are counting on your support, and we invite you to meet again in Luchon on July 9, 10 and 11, 2021

and we will, you can count on us, have a magnificent trail and mountain festival in Luchon.
